High-quality substrate and pure milling process
We use high-quality AL6061/6063 aluminum alloy and carry out precise processing through 3-axis, 4-axis and 5-axis CNC milling centers. Compared to turning, the milling process has an absolute advantage in processing complex planes, cavities, irregular contours and various installation holes. We strictly control the cutting parameters to ensure that the edges of the workpiece are neat and without burrs, laying a perfect foundation for the subsequent surface treatment.

In-depth Analysis: The Triple Value of Sandblasting, Oxidation, and Laser Engraving
These three processes are not merely about "beautification"; they confer entirely new physical properties and commercial value to the components.
1. Fine Sandblasting: Establishing Uniform Texture
Before the anodizing process, we incorporated the fine sandblasting procedure. Using high-pressure air, tiny glass beads were sprayed onto the surface of the components: 
Eliminate knife marks: Completely conceal the fine knife marks left during the milling process, so that the surface presents a uniform matte sand finish effect. 
Enhance grip: Achieve a smooth and fine-textured matte finish without any fingerprint residue. Perfect for the exteriors and panels of handheld devices. 
Enhanced adhesion: A uniform sand surface can significantly enhance the adsorption ability of the subsequent oxide layer, making the oxide film more stable and uniform. 
2. Anodizing: Color and Protection
After sandblasting, the parts are immediately sent to the anodizing production line. We offer a variety of custom anodized colors such as natural, black, red, and gold (specific color numbers can be customized according to international color charts or Pantone color codes): 
Hard protective layer: The thickness of the oxidation layer can be controlled within 8-15 μm, forming a hard protective shell that is resistant to scratches and corrosion. 
Color Implantation: Color is not merely a coating; instead, it is chemically deposited into the pores of the aluminum material, remaining permanently colorless. 
3. Radium Engraving: Giving Parts "Identity"
This is the most remarkable feature of this new product. After the anodizing process is completed, we use a high-precision fiber laser radium engraving machine to perform engraving on the surface of the anodized layer: 
High-definition marking: The logo, model number, serial number, installation mark or scale lines are engraved clearly. Due to the laser ablation of the surface oxide layer, the original color of the aluminum substrate is exposed, forming a sharp contrast with the surrounding oxide color. The marking is clearly visible and highly durable and resistant to wear. 
Anti-counterfeiting and traceability: Especially suitable for high-end equipment that requires product traceability and brand anti-counterfeiting.
